You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be returned within this timeframe to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Item condition requirements
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Products showing signs of wear or damage cannot be accepted for return.
How to return
Contact our customer service team to initiate your return. We'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions. Pack your items securely in the original packaging and ship them back to us.
Refund processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
