Before returning an item, you must provide clear photos showing:
- The product in its current condition
- Original packaging (unopened and intact)
- Any defects or damages (if applicable)
- Product tags and labels still attached
- if photos aren’t provided - return will not be accepted

Receipt required
A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns. This includes:
- Original order confirmation email
- Order number
- Receipt or invoice included with your shipment
Returns without proof of purchase cannot be processed.
