We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase

21-day return window

You have 21 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. Please ensure items are returned within this timeframe to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Change of mind

If you've changed your mind about your purchase, we're happy to help with the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition
  • A store voucher will be issued for the full purchase amount (no cash refund will be provided)

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage and packaging
  • Keep all original packaging materials
  • Do not discard the damaged item until instructed

We will arrange a replacement or full refund for damaged items at no cost to you.

Return shipping costs

For change of mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please use a tracked shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Product condition requirements

Items must be returned in their original, unopened condition. We cannot accept returns for products that have been:

  • Opened or unsealed - Original packaging must remain intact
  • Used or worn - Products must show no signs of use
  • Chewed or damaged by pets - Any pet damage voids the return eligibility
  • Missing original tags or labels
  • Washed or altered in any way
  • Damaged by the customer or third parties after delivery

Photo documentation

Before returning an item, you must provide clear photos showing:

  • The product in its current condition
  • Original packaging (unopened and intact)
  • Any defects or damages (if applicable)
  • Product tags and labels still attached
  • if photos aren’t provided - return will not be accepted

Photos help us process your return quickly and ensure the item meets our return criteria.

Receipt required

A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns. This includes:

  • Original order confirmation email
  • Order number
  • Receipt or invoice included with your shipment

Returns without proof of purchase cannot be processed.
