Shipping Overview
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation.
You'll receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Please note: During peak periods (sales, holidays, promotional events), processing may take an additional 1-3 business days.

Major Cities (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide):
Standard Shipping: 7-13 business days
Regional Areas:

Remote Areas (NT, Far North QLD, WA regional):

Standard Shipping: $9.95 AUD (flat rate Australia-wide)
FREE Standard Shipping: On all orders over $49 AUD
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking
All orders include tracking via Australia Post or our courier partners.
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive:
- Shipping confirmation email with tracking number
- Direct link to track your package
- Estimated delivery date
Important: Tracking information may take 2-5 business days to show movement after dispatch. If your tracking hasn't updated after 7 business days, please contact us.
Delivery Issues
Lost or Delayed Packages: If your tracking shows no movement for 15+ business days, please contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.
Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos for a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct before checkout. We cannot be responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by customers. Address changes after dispatch may incur additional fees.
Failed Delivery Attempts: If Australia Post cannot deliver your package, it will be held at your local post office for collection. You'll receive a card with collection details.
Undeliverable Returns: Packages returned to us as undeliverable will require reshipment fees to be paid before we can send them out again.
