Returns
Changed your mind? You have 14 days from delivery to start a change-of-mind return. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached, and we'll ask for photos before we approve the return. Opened treats, and harnesses, collars, leads or clothing that have been worn, can't be returned for change of mind. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
